Purpose

The Board of Directors shall elect a President and a Secretary from its members and shall meet at such times as are called by its President. Although it has no inherent authority, the church has authorized the Board of Directors of Bellevue Baptist Church to execute all legal documents as may be required by the church in connection with its business matters. In caring out these purposes, the President, Secretary and each member of the Board of Directors are authorized to execute required documents and instruments. The President of the Board of Directors and the Finance Committee Chairman shall execute all promissory notes.
